This Privacy Policy explains what information Cogwerx Workshop ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Cogwerx Workshop you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We authenticate you through Google. When you sign in, we receive and store your email address, display name, and profile picture from your Google account. We never see or store your Google password.

We also store the data you create in the app: teams, decks, availability, practice sessions, and the statistics derived from them.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate Cogwerx Workshop: to identify you to your teammates, to organize practice, and to compute your preparation statistics. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
